Following illness, stress, injury or disease, the body is in a state of “imbalance” and vital body systems can be blocked, preventing the body from functioning optimally. Reflexology will stimulate glands, organs, and parts of the body that will improve nerve, blood, and lymphatic supply. Once the body is restored to homeostasis the body's own healng processes is activated. For each person, the application and the effect of the therapy are unique.


Cupping Therapy

Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This is a effective treatment to relieve muscle tension, reduce scar tissue, improve range of motion, improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.


Infrared Mat

Infrared Mat provides relief and speeds up repair and regeneration of muscles. Infrared technology regulates the immune, endocrine, lymphatic and nervous system. Infrared helps improve circulation and cardiovascular function; pain relief; increased metabolism; easing of joint pain and stiffness; stress and fatigue reduction and overall feeling of balance.

Mona is a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist and an expert practitioner with a Canadian University education holding her BSc in Medical Biochemistry 2010. Mona also has a strong background on pharmacology, immunology and the basis of diseases. With her extensive knowledge in Chinese Medicine, Meridian work, and Acupressure gate points, Mona is able to help patients on a therapeutic level.

Mona has been extending her research on natural health remedies from different countries including the use of essential oils, and plant-based herbal usage. Mona enjoys and values organic gardening, food fermentation and natural remedies to support the improvement of human health.

Mona is passionate about placing one’s health as her top priority through her knowledge in Clinical Therapeutic Reflexology. Mona previously worked alongside a Neurologist who specialized in headaches, migraines, and concussions. Together with their expertise, they helped patients alleviate physical symptoms. Mona feels strongly about collaborative care and a whole-body approach for optimal health. With her focus on the soles of the feet and the energy of the body, Mona has proven to be knowledgeable in her trade. She is careful to understand her patient’s respective medical histories and naturally adjusts, giving sensitive, science-based advice and getting her patient’s treatments done in a professional comfortable manner.

Mona was trained in the world’s leading reflexology institution – TouchPoint Denmark. She completed her Reflexology Training from the Reflexology Association of Canada in 2012 where she is proudly certified.
